What does ready for the car actually mean?
Write a specific target: car inside by your chosen date, with room to open the doors and reach the house entrance. Check your vehicle's actual dimensions and the garage layout. Do not use a generic parking-space measurement or assume that clearing the middle alone will be enough.
Include the things you will still need to reach: a snow shovel, winter footwear, household storage and any equipment you are keeping. Which sorting zones need separate destinations?
Use four labels: returning to storage, confirmed reuse, separate disposal route, and proposed bin load. Add an owner's name and a departure date to each outgoing group. What should stay out of the rental bin?

How can you plan the clearout day by day?
Use these as work stages, not a promised five-day completion or delivery schedule. Write an actual date and responsible person beside each row. Allow more time if reuse arrangements, suitable help or material approval are still unresolved.
Before booking, compare bin dimensions against the largest unwanted items and describe the rest of the pile. Do not choose from the garage's floor area alone.

When is the garage ready to hand back to the car?
Check for loose sharp objects, unstable stacks and anything still sitting in the planned door-opening space. Do not park around an unfinished sorting pile. Keep the bin's agreed pickup approach available too; completing the garage does not mean collection has already happened.
