Calling and texting
Call links open your phone app. Text links open a prepared message in your messaging app. Nothing is sent automatically. Information you choose to share during a call or text is used to discuss and arrange your service.
Planning tools
The calculator and checklist run in your browser. This website does not submit or save those entries to a database. Your browser may retain field values when you return to the page.
Website hosting
The hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. Optional Google Analytics loads only after acceptance, as described below. No advertising tracking is enabled.
External resources
Links to municipal resources take you to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Contact Bin and Gone at 289-356-0228 with questions about information you provide directly.
Optional website analytics
Effective October 5, 2026. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept optional analytics. It measures known website pages and limited call or text-button intentions, not completed calls, sent texts, received inquiries or bookings. Refusing does not stop the website contact tools.
Measurement uses a fixed website city label and known canonical page URL without query or hash details. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, form values, prepared messages and full contact links are not included in our Analytics event parameters. Referrers are limited to their website origin. Google may process technical information and use first-party identifiers or cookies. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Your choice is stored on this device. Use Privacy choices to accept, refuse or withdraw. Withdrawal stops future measurement and does not automatically erase previously collected information. Calls and texts remain your choice and are processed by your phone or messaging service. See Google Privacy Policy and Bin and Gone Privacy Policy for more information.
