Five things that shape the quote
The same bin can be used for very different projects. A light, bulky clearout and a dense renovation load should not be compared on volume alone. Start by explaining what is leaving and how long you expect to need the container.
- Size: the available bin that suits the amount and shape of your items.
- Material: the specific waste stream and anything requiring separate handling.
- Weight: the allowance and terms agreed for your load.
- Time: your delivery, rental period and collection arrangements.
- Access: the location and any conditions affecting delivery or pickup.
Ask what the quoted amount includes
Before agreeing a rental, confirm delivery, collection, disposal, the rental period and the applicable weight allowance. Ask how taxes, additional days, changes or an overweight load would be handled. Keep the agreed details together so everyone involved follows the same plan.
When comparing suppliers, compare the same materials and dates. A headline price on its own does not tell you whether two offers cover the same job.
Avoid paying for an unsuitable plan
Sorting first can change what you need to dispose of. Keep items you intend to reuse separate, and describe awkward furniture before choosing a bin. Do not select a larger container to solve a heavy-material issue without checking the weight terms.
Think about the work schedule as well. A bin arriving before you can start loading may not be helpful. Discuss your dates and pickup needs so the booking matches the project rather than a guess.

Call 289-356-0228 or use Text us to start the conversation. Have the delivery location, main items and preferred date ready. You do not need an exact volume calculation to ask for help.
The text button opens a simple message in your own app. Sending a message checks availability; it does not automatically book a bin or commit you to a price.
Quick answers
Is there one fixed price for every bin rental?
The 1 ton minimum totals $563.87 with 13% HST included ($499 + $64.87 HST). This includes a 7-day rental, delivery, pickup and fuel. Each additional ton totals $226.00 with HST included ($200 + $26.00 HST). Confirm your bin, materials and any changes to the rental period before booking.
Does a larger bin include more weight?
Do not assume so. Bin volume and the quoted weight allowance are different details. Confirm both before loading.
What if I need extra time?
Contact us before the agreed pickup to discuss availability and any change to the rental terms.
